Follow Me Chapter 40 Preview PART DOS

I'M TOTALLY WORKING ON IT

After a stupidly long hiatus, I'm finally dusting off Chapter 40 and getting it typed today.  I'm almost finished typing it now (have about 3 handwritten pages left to go), and then comes the lengthy editing process.  After that, I'll get 41 typed up and edited, then I have to do cross-editing because these two chapters heavily relate to one another.  After that, it's release time, baby!  When will that be?  Dunno.  Depends on how long everything I just said needs to be done takes.  So for now, I'll just have to ask you to continue to be patient and please understand.  


What you should note about this preview: Look over on the right side where the scrolly bar should be.  You see dat page count?  Dat delicious page 1 of 12?  Dats for you gaiz.  Expect the whole chapter to be about 14-15 pages total.  Word count is almost at 6000 atm with several more pages left to type.  No idea how this stacks up to previous chapters.  But it's, like, really long.  So yay.    In the past, I segmented the chapters much smaller, and tbh, had I stuck with my old formatting, this chapter would really be three chapters.  But, as I've said in the past (I think?), from here on out, the chapters will be longer because if I segmented it, I feel it would drag out the chapter count unnecessarily.
