Tenth and Eleventh

Because goshdangit, 10th Doctor's hair is so fwooshy and fun to draw. -w- And I figured I should try to draw 11th, too. His hair is kinda fwooshy, but definitely not as fun to draw as 10s. I'll probably go back and re-up this once I draw 9th. 9th's hair is definitely not fwooshy, though... -n- Fwooshy hair is awesome.
